48V Golf Cart Battery

The 48V golf cart battery is the most widely used voltage class in the golf cart range, built on lithium iron phosphate cells with a nominal system voltage of 51.2V. It suits standard golf carts and fleet carts, where the 48V system is the common motor and controller voltage and the battery compartment fits the stated 457 by 332 by 239 mm dimensions. The stated capacity is 105Ah, with 72Ah and 160Ah options, covering both shorter routes and longer days.

The golf cart range shares one stated electrical platform. Discharge current is 200A, adjustable to customer requirements, with peak currents of 300A for 45 seconds and 500A for 30 seconds. Charging uses the CC-CV method at 0.5C standard and 1.0C fast charging. Protection is rated IP65.
