Special LiPo Battery

Special LiPo batteries are polymer cells made in shapes and sizes that standard cylindrical cells cannot match. HHS Energy lists special polymer series at category level covering small cells, ultra-thin cells, curved cells, round cells, mini cells, high-rate cells and button-shaped cells. These series are described here at category level only: no full specification has been verified for an individual special-series cell, so this page does not state capacities, dimensions or cycle figures for them.

The shapes serve different device constraints. Ultra-thin cells suit devices where thickness is the limiting dimension; the verified 201034 cell, at 2.0 mm thick, shows what the ultra-thin category means in practice. Mini and small cells suit compact devices where footprint matters; the verified 200911 cell at 7 mAh and the 401030 cell at 90 mAh show the small end of the range. Curved and round cells suit devices with curved housings or round compartments, and high-rate cells suit devices that draw high current relative to their size. Button-shaped cells suit compact devices that need a flat, round form.

What a buyer can verify from this site is the four specification pages: 401030, 402933, 200911 and 201034, each with stated voltage, capacity, dimensions, protection board, cycle life and lead time. For any other special shape, the specification is confirmed on inquiry: state the shape, the maximum dimensions, the voltage, the capacity and the discharge current, and the reply will confirm whether that shape can be made and at what specification. Lead time for listed polymer cells is 7 days; custom lead time is confirmed with the quote. Certificates are available upon request.
