Rechargeable lithium batteries are the whole of HHS Energy's business: every line on this site is rechargeable, from golf cart and storage batteries to polymer cells and ebike packs. This page is the overview for the rechargeable line as a whole, connecting the five product groups and explaining how they differ in chemistry, form and use.
Two chemistries dominate the catalogue. Lithium iron phosphate is used for golf cart, storage and 12V lines, where cycle life, safety and deep cycling matter: 3,500 cycles for golf cart, 6,000 cycles for storage, and more than 2,000 cycles for the deep cycle 12V battery. Lithium polymer is used for small and special-shape cells, where form factor matters more than cycle count: 600 cycles or more for the verified polymer cells, with thin, curved, round and mini shapes available. The ebike line uses 18650 lithium-ion cells in HAILONG cases, with 500 to 1,000 cycles stated.
Across all rechargeable lines, the company states custom work: custom voltages, capacities, sizes and shapes, battery management systems, and added functions such as charge display, Bluetooth, communication and balancing.
